Make Our Goal not Your Goal

Sometime we feel that what we’d done is not success. So, we feel that what we’d done for them are meaningless, whereas we had worked hardly. In this situation, we follow the other perception. Others just see us with what the result, not the process. They appraise us with their standard which is different with our standard. It’s also different with our principle.
I think before we plan to do something, we should make our goal and standard, time, and cost. Maybe, it is like a project. In the progress of our project, don’t forget to evaluate: how far our goal compiled. And when the project is finished, calculate our success based on our goal. Don’t make the other appraisal fullfill your mind! It is a wise measure if we deem the other appraisal as input. Just ourself that can evaluate success or not because someone who know it’s self is it’s self. Do our best!
